This is only hat currently added to the game, it's obtainable by liking the official Facebook profile and following the official Twitter account. However, simply visiting the page quickly and then closing also counts, allowing you to unlock the horns without actually interacting with the pages.
This hat is quite fashionable, but does not provide any advantages, combat or otherwise.
